It was so inspiring to see someone exude so much passion for her work.
I keep feeling like I'm inching closer and closer to making the leap to my dream business. My attitude is better at the day job... for the most part. I do occasionally find myself resentful for being there, but my perspective is better now. I know where I'm headed!
Next Monday, 6 AM Sunrise Yoga starts at the yoga studio I teach at. We are temporarily located in a different space within the Tiger Hotel so we can admit over 50 people to the sunrise event! It's going to be an epic amount of yogi energy, I tell you! Even with the 32-ish people we've had each year, it's been amazing, but wow... more than 50 have registered this year and it will be amazing. I've already got my wake up time plan between now and then to ease into the crazy 4 AM call!
Here it is:
Wed: 11 PM Bed
Thu: 7 AM Wake up, 10:15 PM Bed
Fri: 6:15 AM Wake up, 9:30 PM Bed
Sat: 5:30 AM Wake up, 8:45 PM Bed
Sun: 4:45 AM Wake up, 8 PM Bed
Mon: 4 AM Wake up, 8 PM Bed
So... I'm a planner. The plan organizes the chaos... I think. My plan is to wake at 4 AM and go to bed at 8 PM during the 21-day Sunrise Yoga course. And, of course, actually attend all 21 days! The plan is to spend an hour each morning working on my business before heading to the 6 AM yoga class. That's a good 21 hours of effort accomplishing those things I need to get done already, dammit! My procrastination is rooted in fear of failure, but also fear of success. Slash it away now!
I'm now devoting my attention this evening to this Trailblazer webinar with Jonathan Mead of Illuminated Mind: http://trail-blazer.net/free-event/.
Off I go!
