Asana Pics

Just took a few quick pose shots tonight.  I practiced around 15 hours ago, so I'm definitely "cold," but here they are!


Baddha Konasana is one of my faves.  Just love to hold it for ten minutes, easily.  So, yes, an "easy" pose, so I know I've got other things to work on.



And here's pigeon.  It's really amazing the difference being warmed up makes!  In a particularly sweaty class in December, I could reach my back foot with my teacher's assistance, but when I'm cold, it's like a foot away!  Good to practice non-attachment here!
